ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the incumbent government is committed to increasing exports of technology sector.
Speaking during a meeting with Chairman Special Technology Zones Authority Amir Hashmi who called him here on Tuesday, he said Pakistan did not lack human resources and capabilities in the technology sector.
The progress made on the special technology zones and the interest of foreign investors came under discussion during the meeting.
The prime minister was told that work was in progress at a fast pace on the special technology zones where the latest facilities would be provided to the entrepreneurs.
Further foreign investment would ensure technology transfer in the country and precious foreign exchange would be earned.
The Prime Minister issued instructions for immediately taking essential steps for the completion of the special technology zones.
